Pattern Creation
In both the custom clothing manufacture and wholesale garment production, we have to make the pattern first. If you require help getting your clothing designs production-ready, we can help you develop custom measurements. Alternatively, we can work from your pattern, should you have it, and grade your dimensions up and down to create new sizes. We have an advanced garment pattern design and paper pattern printing system. Our pattern technicians use them to make exact clothing patterns for your designs.
Prototypes & Sampling
For each custom clothing order, we create a prototype for your approval, allowing you to test and refine the functionality of your design. Once your samples have been approved, we will commence bulk manufacture. Some prototype clothing samples in a few hours, if we have the available fabric quality yards and accessories, else we can also get them from our suppliers also only need a couple of days can make the proto samples. After the garment prototype sample is approved, we will make the same color/print fabric sample and accessories samples, and use them to make a custom sample exactly the same as your design sample for your approval.
Bulk Manufacture
After the preproduction garment samples approved, we will start custom clothing bulk manufacture, the accessories bulk production, the fabric bulk production, we will send you the materials bulk production samples for approval also, at the same time the garment production lines will be prepared, and then start the fabric cutting, garments sewing, ironing, packing and update the whole custom clothing bulk manufacture process timely send samples for approval. Where all items are handmade and quality checked throughout. Quality checks also take place in the finishing stages, before your items are packaged for delivery.
Quality Assurance
For private label custom clothing manufacture, we implement a 4-stage process to ensure that your clothes arrive in excellent condition. When we source fabric or raw materials for your order, they are checked at source for defects. After your sample(s) have been produced and approved, bulk manufacturing starts. All items are handmade and individually checked along the production line. When complete, each item is individually packaged and checked by an operative to identify and rectify any rare defects.
