Submit Your Design(Tech Pack or Inspiration)
Submit your style inquiry, and we will discuss your project requirements with you. Please send us your design style tech pack. We will review it and provide you with a personalized quotation estimate for your confirmation
Sourcing (Within 1 Week)
After you approve the estimated price, please provide us with the samples for fitting and size reference. We will start purchasing the fabrics and accessories for your design and send them to you for your selection.
Sample Development(1-2 Weeks)
Based on your design style details, we will create a prototype for you for the initial review. You can test its functionality and make adjustments to the design before moving forward to proceed with bulk production
Sample Approval (4-5 Weeks)
Once the order is confirmed, we will produce and verify the samples before starting mass production. The samples include fitting samples, reference samples, and pre-production samples. Usually, the sample approval process takes half a month to one month.
Bulk Production (5-8 Weeks)
After you approve the samples and pay the deposit, we will start mass production and turn your design into reality. All the products have been completed and have undergone quality inspection.
Quality Checks & Control (2-3 Days)
Our production team will arrange a pre-production meeting to highlight the matters that need attention during the production process. Our quality control team will conduct inline inspections and final inspection.
